As an AI adoption consultant
I help organizations assess those conditions, identify priorities, and shape the work around their business goals.
Consultant. Coach. Former corporate executive.
I’m Amber Anderson, a certified AI adoption consultant and professional executive coach.
I help organizations turn AI investment into stronger business performance, and help leaders build the judgment, influence, and confidence to move that work forward.

The experience behind my approach
My perspective comes from more than 20 years inside corporate leadership development. I’ve designed the programs, led the teams, coached the leaders, and seen how easily a promising initiative can lose momentum when people don’t have the direction or support to use it.
A workshop can get excellent reviews while managers return to the same habits.
A leadership team can agree in a meeting and leave with different ideas about what happens next.
A capable person can understand what’s expected and still struggle to act when the stakes rise.
Those gaps affect decisions, consume capacity, and slow progress.
My work starts by understanding what is happening and what the business needs to accomplish. From there, we can identify where clearer direction, stronger leadership, or a different approach to change would make the greatest difference.
Why AI adoption belongs here
The opportunity is significant: more capacity for valuable work, better-informed decisions, and less time spent on tasks that don’t need so much human effort.
Realizing that opportunity takes more than access to tools.
On what AI should accomplish and which business priorities deserve their attention.
Through changing responsibilities, uncertainty, and the decisions their teams need to make.
With room to learn, clear expectations, and guidance they can use when a situation is uncertain.
People may already be experimenting with AI before those conditions are in place. That makes clarity about responsible use a business priority.
I help organizations assess those conditions, identify priorities, and shape the work around their business goals.
I help leaders examine the decisions, assumptions, and habits that influence how they lead that change.
The person inside the role
I replayed meetings on the drive home.Worried about how I came across.
I was a quiet executive who prepared thoroughly, cared deeply, and still spent too much energy wondering how I was coming across. I tried to fit a model of leadership that didn’t feel like mine.
That experience informs how I coach today.
A leader’s challenge isn’t always a missing skill. Sometimes it’s an assumption they haven’t questioned, a response to pressure they haven’t recognized, or a responsibility they’re struggling to release.
I have particular depth working with quiet leaders, technical experts moving into broader leadership, and people taking on greater strategic responsibility. The goal is to help them contribute more fully through their own judgment and strengths.
What I bring to the work
Experience inside the organization and training in individual change help me consider both the business priorities and the people responsible for delivering them.

Beyond the résumé
Outside work, I’m usually with my husband, Dustin, and our six senior rescue pups. I love lake life, hiking, reading, and time with the people and animals who make life good.
I believe in ambition. I also believe leadership should leave room for the rest of your life.
That perspective comes into my work: a commitment to doing the job well, with enough perspective to remember why it matters.
